MasterGage® Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Your postal charge is calculated by USPS/UPS at the time of your checkout and will be visible on the Checkout page prior to order completion. International order postal fees are also calculated by USPS. Several shipping options are available depending on your desired order arrival time.
Please be aware: We cannot assume responsibility for the delivery once it is in the possession of USPS or UPS. If you have a concern about your delivery, we encourage you to contact USPS for additional information. Have your provided tracking number available when contacting USPS.

United Parcel Service – U.S.:
All orders and shipping fees are charged in United States Dollars (USD). Exchange rates and international order fees are assessed and applied by your financial institution.
Canada & International Order Fees:
Any customs, duty, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are typically due upon receipt of an order. Although Postal Delivery is an option, in some cases the provided delivery estimate can be extended beyond quoted based on local handling in your country – and can be substantially longer than quoted. We cannot guarantee any international shipment to a non-U.S. address – as it is not within our ability to control.

Order Arrival Refusal:
Should you refuse a domestic or international shipment delivery, MasterGage® Corporation reserves the right to refund your order amount less a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping to MasterGage.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping). Merchandise must be returned in its original package as well as boxing and packing sufficient to protect the package from damage in shipping.
Returns after 30 days but less than 90 days will incur a 15% restocking charge. No unauthorized returns are accepted after 90 days.
